Testnet e-bills have no legal validity.

Testnet e-cash has no commercial value.

1. Bitcredit eCash

Download the Bitcredit eCash App.
Open and click "Create wallet".
Go to "Settings" and switch from Mainnet to Testnet at the bottom

2. Bitcredit eBills

Open the eBill app for Testnet.
When prompted, use the "Share" function to "Add to Homescreen".
You can mint up to 5,000 testnet sats.
