The Bitcredit Protocol is ready for play on Bitcoin Testnet3.

Switch your eCash wallet from Mainnet to Testnet in "Settings".
Open the eBill app for Testnet in your browser: ebill-testnet.bit.cr
When prompted, use the "Share" function to "Add to Homescreen".
You can mint e-bills on Testnet for up to 5,000 sats automatically.
